Meet Shruti, a talented engineer with a passion for design. 🎨 She has expertise in Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Express.js, and Node.js. 💻 Recently, she discovered her true calling in Ethereum and Solana blockchain technology. 🌐💎 With her self-taught skills, she won a silver medal 🥈 at the National Web Technologies Competition IndiaSkills by NSDC. Shruti not only excels in technical work but also enjoys creating user-friendly documentation that simplifies complex concepts and showcases product features in an engaging way. 📚✍️ She is a true example of turning dreams into reality. 💪🌟

What initiated the spark?

During the 2020 Covid lockdown, while studying in 10th standard, she discovered her interest in tech. Where she learned web development and took on some freelance projects. At 19, Shruti joined a US-based startup as a full stack engineer but left after 7 months. The spark for tech ignited when she was just 15. Now, she is exploring new opportunities in the tech world. ✨👩‍💻🌍🔍🔥

How was the process of finding a way through the scattered web3 space in terms of opportunities, and how did She figure it out?

Last year, there was a lot of excitement about web3 on Twitter, with high demand for web3 developers. 🚀 She got active on Twitter, found valuable resources for blockchain development, and attended web3 meet-ups in Bangalore. 🌐👥 Making great connections, she started her journey in this field with newfound enthusiasm and kept explring her path ahead. 🔍🔥

What was her first $ in web3 story?

After leaving her web2 job in a US startup, she delved into learning about web3 technologies like blockchain, bitcoin, and the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). 🌐💡 Attending the Crosschain clubhouse this summer opened doors for her as she interacted with blockchain developers and got involved in the Solana ecosystem. 🚪🤝 Now she's working on a grant project with a superteam in Solana, and it's where she earned her first money in web3. 💰😃 She's excited about the numerous opportunities she's discovering and is eager to explore them further. 🎉🔎

What She is doing right now & What are her future plans?

What's Her opinion/advice for people just starting in the web3 space or just trying to figure it out in general?
