What initiated the spark?

Parth explored web3 communities and became a moderator at Crowdpad. 👥✨ He later secured a paid position at another company in the web3 industry. 💼💻 Despite facing challenges during his job search, he continued to improve himself. 📚📈 Parth found an opportunity at Blockverse as a growth and sales professional. 🚀💰 He then joined Research3 and became a core team member, but the project was eventually abandoned. 😔🔍 Parth's journey in web3 provided valuable learning experiences and a diverse skill set for future endeavors. 🌟🔧🔍

What He is doing right now & What are his future plans?
