👨‍💼 Prayasu Satapathy, a dynamic individual at just 20 years old, is currently working as an Associate Product Intern / Devrel at Dimo Finance. His journey has been nothing short of inspiring, as he has worked with various Web3-based companies, including Shardeum and Web3Bharat. Beyond that, Prayasu is a final-year undergraduate student, making significant strides in Tech, Design, Development, Communities, and Business.The fire within Prayasu was ignited when he faced financial challenges during college, and he resolved to become financially independent to ease the burden on his parents. Meeting an inspiring individual, Sandeep Singh (Sandeep Bhaiya), who had ventured into the Web3 space, further fueled his determination.🔥🚀

💼  Prayasu has made a significant impact on the Web3 ecosystem, helping onboard over 10,000 members from 28 cities in India. He has also organized some noteworthy events, including Chennai's Largest Web3 Meet-up, Odisha's First Web3 Agenda-based Meetup, and Tamil Nadu's Largest Web3 Hackathon. Moreover, he has conducted Blockchain Workshops in more than 50 colleges, including prestigious institutes like IITs, NITs, VITs, SRMs, and several Tier 2 and 3 colleges. He also leads the technical club CodeChef SRM RMP in his college, fostering a tech, hackathon, and hustle culture among students.🏆🌐🎉

🏆 Prayasu's hackathon journey boasts impressive wins, including triumphing at the world's largest Ethereum Hackathon - ETHIndia'22 and the Gen Ai hackathon - Warpspeed23. His team has also emerged victorious at Stellaris x Entrepreneurs First Gen Ai hackathon and several other local hackathons🏅🏅

🚀Prayasu's Journey into Web3: Before entering the Web3 space, Prayasu's experiences ranged from being a designer and frontend/app developer in a dating platform to engaging in freelance gigs involving 3D designs, UI, and app development. His Web3 journey began by attending networking and Web3 meetups, including the first Web3 meetup in Chennai by Chaal Pritam. He actively contributed to the Web3 Bharat community by learning more about Web3 and participating in hackathons. This led to him becoming a core team member and his first paid gig in the Web3 space. 🛤️💻🌐

💰Current Ventures and Future Plans: Currently, Prayasu is actively working on various products with Dimo Finance. Additionally, he plans to organize another hackathon this year, along with an International Conference + Hackathon in Chennai. This event will focus not only on Web3 but also on other exciting tech domains like Blockchain, Quantum Computing, Metaverse, Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and the Internet of Things. Moreover, he has been working on a Web3/AI-based product that he intends to launch by the year's end. 🚀🌈📈 

🤝Advice for Aspiring Web3 Enthusiasts: Drawing from his personal experience, Prayasu advises young enthusiasts to attend meetups, grow their network, and contribute to Web3 communities. Learning from other members is a valuable asset, with numerous free resources available to learn about Web3. He strongly emphasizes participating in hackathons, even for beginners, as it opens up countless opportunities and provides valuable team-building experiences. What Makes Prayasu Unique: Prayasu attributes his uniqueness to the unwavering support and trust from his family, friends, juniors, and seniors who have believed in his vision to bring about a difference. His faith in the process and a higher power, coupled with his resilience, helps him navigate both good and challenging times with ease.🗣️💡👥
