And today, we are thrilled to kick start of first edition of this series with amazing personality - Aditi Polkam

Aditi , a Computer Engineering student, currently holds the position of a Full-stack Developer and Advocate at Hyperlink India. She is dedicated to both software development and promoting technology. 👩‍💻✨ She loves building practical solutions using React, NextJS, and Solidity. She is skilled in C, C++, Java, and Python. ⚙️🖥️ Aditi's passion for exploring new technologies and quick learning abilities make her a valuable contributor. She is motivated to work on exciting projects that create a positive impact. 💪🌟

 So what initiated the spark?

After completing her SCC, Aditi enrolled in Government Polytechnic Pune for a diploma in computer engineering. 🎓💻 She immersed herself in learning programming languages like C, C++, and Java, along with exploring data structures, algorithms, web development, and app development. Inspired by her classmates' exciting projects in gesture recognition and artificial intelligence, 🤖📱 this motivated her to actively seek out opportunities to learn from talented individuals and eventually led her to join a degree college to further enhance her programming abilities. 🌟📚🔍

How was it finding a way through the scattered web3 space in terms of opportunities, and how did he figure it out ?

During the lockdown, Aditi started trading cryptocurrencies and developed an interest in blockchain. 📈💰 With limited knowledge in development, she took her friend's advice and began exploring blockchain development. 🔍🔗 Through Twitter, she discovered communities, events, and learning resources. 🐦🌐 Attending in-person meetups helped her form friendships and valuable connections, deepening her understanding and passion for blockchain technology. 🤝💡 Aditi's journey was filled with learning, personal growth, and excitement for the endless possibilities in the blockchain world. 🎓🌍💫

 The 1st $ story?

Aditi wanted to work in web3 development but couldn't find a job. Feeling frustrated 😞, she discovered a writing job instead ✍️. Surprisingly, her writing skills became her source of earnings in the web3 space 💰. She wrote articles and threads about web3 concepts and found success 🚀. Aditi found it funny 😄 and realized there are many different opportunities in the web3 world 🌐.

What currently doing & What’s future plans?

Aditi is currently interning at Sadaiv CI, a company that specializes in the Developer Identity Protocol. She is working hard to create this protocol from the ground up and using her skills to make it successful. 💪👩‍💻 Once she finishes her final exams, Aditi wants to focus on building her personal brand by learning more about development and core concepts. 📚💡 She wants to become known for her expertise and make a positive impact in the development field. 🌟🚀

What advice does she have for individuals who are new to the web3 space or are currently trying to navigate and understand it?

🌟 Aditi believes that it's important to explore and ask questions instead of blindly following others. She thinks it's crucial to understand the basics of blockchain technology, like what it's used for, its problems, how it works, and the algorithms involved. With this knowledge, people can choose different careers like coding, designing, researching, or marketing. Aditi thinks it's best to learn independently and have a well-rounded understanding to grow personally and professionally. Think of Aditi as a helpful friend who encourages you to learn and discover new things on your own. 🚀🔎🤔✨
